Family History John the Baker

Weather:  Sunny with cloudy spells

Ian and Family went off to Glasgow this morning and then back to New York. It was hard to see them go, but I just have to get on with the last part of the journey - Selkirk!

I had already decided to go to Edinburgh Central City to photograph 5 Frederick Street where John Laidlaw - the Baker - lived or worked. Maybe he lived above and the bakery was on the ground floor of 5 Frederick Street. The interesting thing is that this place, St. Cuthbert's Church and JKL's Tods Murray Law Firm are all within walking distance of each other -
